1. Compilation and propagation of "The Probe Person Survey Manual"

• The manual consists of two parts:
• Survey Operation, and Data Analysis

2. Accumulation and publication of the applied case examples across Japan

• Establishing the Probe Person Survey as the typical basic survey method in social experiments and other outcome monitoring systems for road measures.
• Evaluation and examination of the method as a supplemental survey for Road Traffic Census / PT Surveys.
• Evaluation and examination of the method as a 24-hour outcome monitoring system.
• Holding workshops on case examples and seminars on survey operation by the board members.
• Launching the portal web site, and publication of sample data and software.

3. Development of new technologies along with standardization of data

• Standardization of trip/activity data structure
• Standardization of basic data processing technology
• Standardization of terabyte-level mobile data processing technology
